Watching the Ares test flight live. They 'lost' camera signal when then first/second stage separated and the second started spinning uncontollably.... No feed was available for the 'successful' reentry of the first stage, (although it was in camera range). I call FAIL and B.S....

38. The scheme for the new institutional arrangement under the Convention will be based on three

incentives relating to REDD actions.
